Summary

Governance delegation tool for Polkadot. Lets token holders browse delegate profiles, understand voting history, and delegate tokens across governance tracks.

Problem

Polkadot's OpenGov system gives every token holder a vote, but most lack time or expertise to vote on every proposal. Delegation existed on-chain but had no accessible dedicated interface.

Process

Designed the full delegation flow and built the frontend using the Polkadot design system. Real on-chain data. One-pager delegation view consolidated everything needed to make a decision without navigating multiple screens.

Outcome

Shipped at delegation.polkadot.network, built on the Polkadot design system, and since retired. Three directions were tested before it: a swipe-based voting interface, a full governance portal, and a delegation-first view — the delegation-first one was the one that went live. Daniel designed the flow and built the production front end.
